EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Thanks for shopping at Cosmic Vibes.
We take pride in the products we offer and your satisfaction is our top priority.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of shipment for products purchased online at CosmicVibes.Shop. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges from your initial order, or return charges to our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase.
Items purchased from a Reseller, Studio, or Online Reseller, must be returned to that place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

We cannot accept the following items for return:
- Damaged items or items with missing parts
- Worn garments
- Special orders or customized products.
- Any “Last Chance” products purchased as ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL CLEARANCE OR SALES ITEMS.
Any returns received outside of our 30 Day Return policy will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We do not refund the initial shipping and handling charges nor return shipping costs.

You must provide proof of purchase; your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect and you must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase. If a gift card or certificate is used a store credit will be issued. Refunds cannot be issued back to a credit card for any purchases over 60 days.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit the value of the items returned to your credit card or issue a store credit depending on original payment method.
You may exchange (for example, if the item is the wrong size) products instead of collecting a refund for a return. There are two options to process an exchange order.
- Once we receive and process your return we will send the exchange order out, however, you are still responsible for the shipping costs and any price differences that exceed the original cost.
- If you prefer to have us ship out your exchange order right away before we receive your return, we would charge you for the exchange order up front and then issue a credit for the returned products once they are received. Please note our 30 day return policy still applies for exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Cosmic Vibes will not be liable for packages that get lost in transit. We recommend you insure your package, or use a method of shipping that provides a tracking number.
Most retail orders are shipped within 3 business days Monday-Friday.
If an item goes on back order we can ship you the part of your order that is in stock and when the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total weight of your products and your location. Extra fees can be incurred for over-sized shipments.
